As a marketing manager for a mall during the downturn of the economy in 2008, I have experienced first hand the challenges the brick & mortar retail world continues to face. 

Working in and for an eclectic group of retailers from national brands to "Ma & Pop Shops" has been an exciting challenge. 

The mall has been my laboratory for new ways to drive traffic, increase sales and improve customer experience.
